Day Classes
Our day classes bring people together for engaging activities, shared interests, and plenty of laughs. Participants can enjoy games, outings, creative projects, and meaningful conversations—all in a welcoming, supportive setting that fosters new friendships and a sense of belonging.

Cooking Class
Cooking Class this hands-on cooking class is designed for young adults to build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Participants will learn essential cooking skills, from basic knife safety and measuring to preparing simple, nutritious meals. Each session focuses on a different recipe or technique, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and healthy eating habits. Whether they’re beginners or budding chefs, students will enjoy a fun and supportive environment where they can explore new flavors, follow step-by-step instructions, and take pride in creating their own delicious dishes.

Improv and Story Telling
Step into a space where creativity has no limits, mistakes are just stepping stones, and every voice matters. Our Improv & Storytelling class is a dynamic, inclusive workshop designed to explore self-expression, build confidence, and discover the joy of spontaneous creation. Through fun improv games, collaborative storytelling exercises, and character-building activities, students will learn to think on their feet, communicate effectively, and trust their instincts. We focus on creating a supportive environment that encourages risk-taking, empathy, and creativity.

Arts and Crafts
This creative class provides a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can explore their imagination, express themselves through art, and build confidence.Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned creator, the activities are tailored to meet a range of interests and skill levels. We'll use materials such as paints, markers, fabric, paper, clay, and more to create projects. Each session focuses on creativity, self-expression, and connection—there’s no right or wrong way to make art here.

Modified Martial Arts
Modified Martial Arts class is designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and accessible for individuals of all abilities. Participants will learn basic martial arts techniques with a focus on coordination, balance, confidence, and self-control. Movements are tailored to meet each student’s needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where everyone can participate and thrive. Through fun drills, structured routines, and positive reinforcement, students will build physical fitness, self-awareness, and respect for themselves and others—all while having a great time!

Fitness Exploration Class
Discover the joy of movement in this all-level, all-abilities fitness class designed to make wellness enjoyable for everyone! Fitness Exploration blends a variety of exercise styles—from cardio and strength training to balance, flexibility, and mindful movement—so you can try new things and find what works best for your body. This class welcomes participants of all fitness levels. This is the perfect space to explore, connect, and grow stronger—inside and out.Come as you are. Move how you can. Leave feeling empowered.

Nature Class
Embark on an adventure to explore local hiking trails and uncover the wonders of nature!​
In this class, participants will learn about a variety of plants and animals found in different habitats. We'll also cover essential survival skills and emergency preparedness to ensure safety while enjoying the great outdoors.

Communication Class
Clients will explore the many ways we share and receive information every day. From verbal and nonverbal communication to written, visual, and digital forms, participants will learn how to express themselves clearly and understand others more effectively. The class includes interactive activities that build confidence, listening skills, and social awareness. Topics may include body language, tone of voice, conversation skills, using technology to communicate, and understanding personal space. This class supports personal growth, stronger relationships, and better communication in everyday life.

Each month, clients dive into a new science topic through fun, hands-on experiments and engaging lessons designed to spark curiosity and a love of learning. Participants explore real-world concepts in a supportive, interactive environment that encourages problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.

Game Lab
Welcome to Game Lab—the ultimate hangout where brains meet board games! From the quick flips of UNO to big moves in Monopoly and strategic plays in chess, this class is all about learning the ropes, sharpening your strategy, and having a blast while you do it.
Each session starts with fun, easy-to-follow instruction before diving into live gameplay. You’ll get the chance to test your skills, try new strategies, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, Game Lab is your space to think sharp, play hard, and connect with friends.

Music Exploration
Music Exploration is a program where participants come together to discover the power of sound, rhythm, and self-expression through music. Each session includes singing, movement, instrument play, and creative group activities. Participants will explore drums, shakers, bells, and more—learning through play in a supportive, structured, and adaptive environment.
