Day Classes
Our day classes bring people together for engaging activities, shared interests, and plenty of laughs. Participants can enjoy games, outings, creative projects, and meaningful conversations—all in a welcoming, supportive setting that fosters new friendships and a sense of belonging.

Volunteer Class
This class is for young adults who want to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Participants will learn about challenges faced by the homeless population and how small, thoughtful gestures—like assembling care kits—can provide comfort and dignity. The class includes preparing kits with essentials such as hygiene products, snacks, and warm accessories, then learning how to distribute them through local shelters or outreach organizations. Along the way, participants will build teamwork and leadership skills while deepening their understanding of empathy, compassion, and community support.

Modified Martial Arts
Modified Martial Arts class is designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and accessible for individuals of all abilities. Participants will learn basic martial arts techniques with a focus on coordination, balance, confidence, and self-control. Movements are tailored to meet each student’s needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where everyone can participate and thrive. Through fun drills, structured routines, and positive reinforcement, students will build physical fitness, self-awareness, and respect for themselves and others—all while having a great time!

Science Class & Science Class Field Trip
Each month, clients dive into a new science topic through fun, hands-on experiments and engaging lessons designed to spark curiosity and learning. To bring the topic to life, we also take a monthly science-themed field trip that connects what we've learned in class to the real world.

Fitness Class
We offer a low-impact fitness class that moves the body and is adjusted to the client's needs and ability. We rotate through classes such as various dancing, Chair fitness, Yoga, Breathing/meditation, walking the track, and other low-impact sports.

Communications Class
Clients will explore the many ways we share and receive information every day. From verbal and nonverbal communication to written, visual, and digital forms, participants will learn how to express themselves clearly and understand others more effectively. The class includes interactive activities that build confidence, listening skills, and social awareness. Topics may include body language, tone of voice, conversation skills, using technology to communicate, and understanding personal space. This class supports personal growth, stronger relationships, and better communication in everyday life.

Cooking Class
Cooking Class this hands-on cooking class is designed for young adults to build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Participants will learn essential cooking skills, from basic knife safety and measuring to preparing simple, nutritious meals. Each session focuses on a different recipe or technique, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and healthy eating habits. Whether they’re beginners or budding chefs, students will enjoy a fun and supportive environment where they can explore new flavors, follow step-by-step instructions, and take pride in creating their own delicious dishes.

Crafts Class
Crafts Class is a fun and creative class that gives clients the chance to build practical life skills while expressing themselves through hands-on activities. In the kitchen, participants will learn basic cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and how to prepare simple, delicious recipes. In the craft portion, clients will explore a variety of art projects using different materials to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression (two Saturdays a month).

Sports Training
Students discover countless ways to develop their athletic abilities through sports training, exploring techniques in teamwork, strategy, and fitness. Through engaging drills and activities, students will also build problem-solving abilities, practice sequencing plays, and follow step-by-step instructions—all while fostering meaningful friendships and connections in a supportive and motivating environment!

Money Management & Budgeting
This class provides practical tools and strategies to help you take control of your finances. Students will learn the fundamentals of budgeting, how to track income and expenses, set financial goals, and create a sustainable budget. We’ll also cover important topics such as saving, debt management, and building financial confidence. Whether you're looking to manage your personal finances or gain a better understanding of money management, this class offers valuable insights for all skill levels.

Learn About Nature
Embark on an adventure to explore local hiking trails and uncover the wonders of nature!
In this class, participants will learn about a variety of plants and animals found in different habitats. We'll also cover essential survival skills and emergency preparedness to ensure safety while enjoying the great outdoors.

Independent Living Skills
This Independent Living Skills Class is designed to give students exposure to a variety of skills needed for independence, such as grocery shopping, cooking, health and safety, homecare, ADL skills, navigating the community and communication. These important life skills are used as a backdrop to practice critical problem- solving and social skills.

Music Exploration
Music Exploration is a program where participants come together to discover the power of sound, rhythm, and self-expression through music. Each session includes singing, movement, instrument play, and creative group activities. Participants will explore drums, shakers, bells, and more—learning through play in a supportive, structured, and adaptive environment.

Bowling Skills Class
Through the exciting sport of bowling, students will learn proper stance, grip, and delivery while exploring techniques like aim, spin, and speed control. They will enhance their skills through practice and friendly competition, gaining an understanding of how strategy, precision, and teamwork come together for success. Students will develop focus, coordination, and problem-solving abilities—all while building confidence, friendships, and lasting memories in a supportive and encouraging environment!

Game Lab
Welcome to Game Lab—the ultimate hangout where brains meet board games! From the quick flips of UNO to big moves in Monopoly and strategic plays in chess, this class is all about learning the ropes, sharpening your strategy, and having a blast while you do it.
Each session starts with fun, easy-to-follow instruction before diving into live gameplay. You’ll get the chance to test your skills, try new strategies, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, Game Lab is your space to think sharp, play hard, and connect with friends.
